Business Broking Solutions has direct access to
an experienced, qualified property valuer, who can provide advice
on property sales, leasing and management, to several financial
planners and a third party credit provider.
Business Broking Solutions is also a member broker of the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB), giving it the capability to facilitate the raising of up to $5.0 million from shareholders (internal or external) without a prospectus and with relatively low compliance costs. Business Broking Solution's capability to facilitate this equity gives business owners the ability to explore the option of a staggered, gradual business exit.

business experience, and consequently Business
Broking Solutions
has
a network of contacts in equities and corporate finance that regularly
provide merger and acquisition advice and other services to publicly
listed companies and private equity funds.
Since graduating from Monash University in 1989
with a degree in business, majoring in banking and finance, Harry
Burdett has had extensive practical business experience. This
commercial experience includes having worked in business, corporate
and investment banking, in equities as a
private
client equities advisor and owning a property services franchise.
As well as this broad commercial and business
experience Harry Burdett gained Associate Member status of the
Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants in 1995
and in 2005 obtained his full Victorian estate agents licence,
becoming eligible to join the REIV.
More recently Harry Burdett has been involved
in the selling of medium sized privately owned businesses as a
business broker and is a member of the Australian Institute of
Business Brokers. |
